This is one variation of a cabin that makes it seem more like "roughing it". The exterior resembles many old-fashioned log cabins, with its intertwined logs that form the building.

The floor plan shows the dual porches on either end. Also traditional to log cabins is the "one-room" feature. Instead of having walls throughout, there is one large room for everything. You only have complete privacy in the bathroom. When you choose this type of cabin, you will be more likely to spend more time outside.
